Iron Man is released on DVD today with lots of extra features. I plan to rent it this week and look through the extras to see if there is anything about Paul. Since he only did voice-over, I doubt there will be much, if anything. But who knows? There might be a shot of him recording or something.

On October 8 at 8:45 PM, HBOe will be airing a making-of special on The Secret Life of Bees. I don’t get HBO, so could someone please let me know in comments if they can record this?
Hanway Films gave this statement to the movie website Dark Horizons, in reference to the story that Joseph Fiennes and Rosamund Pike were replacing Paul and Jennifer in Creation: “This story is completely FALSE. Bettany & Connelly are starring in the film ‘Creation’ which has started shooting.” As stated last week, Fiennes and Pike are working on another Darwin movie called Mrs. Darwin. IMDB still has the wrong information, but I’ve submitted corrections, and I’m sure others have as well. Hopefully they will update their info soon.

*laughs* Okay, guys… Paul and Jennifer are still cast in Creation. According to Empire, there is a second Darwin biopic in the works. It’s called Mrs. Darwin, and this is the one starring Joseph Fiennes and Rosamund Pike. Apparently, some film sites saw the quotes by Rosamund Pike about playing Mrs. Darwin, and they assumed that she and Joseph Fiennes were replacing Paul and Jennifer in Creation. So not to worry! We still get to see Paul and Jennifer as Charles and Emma. Yay!

According to director Gina Prince-Bythewood’s blog, Paul could not join the rest of the cast at the Toronto Film Festival premiere due to a “family emergency.” We certainly hope everything is okay with the Von Bettanies!
