Sunday, October 30th, 2005The November calendar and TV schedule are up. Happy Halloween!
As promised, here’s the Star scan of Paul on set, in robe and tennis shoes. Thanks again to Stacey for letting me know about this!
Grab the Oct 31 issue of Star magazine if you can. It includes a picture of Paul on the DVC set: “He is on set and is lifting up his robe to walk, and he has sneakers on underneath.” I’m going to get it tomorrow afternoon when I go shopping, so there should be a scan up tomorrow night. Thanks for the heads-up, Stacey!
*sigh* Y’know, at this point, I’d be excited just to hear what Paul had for breakfast last Thursday.
From problemchild: “A guy I know works at the studio where Da Vinci Code is being shot and said Paul fell down the stairs and tore a ligament or something. He’s off work for a few days.”
It seems like we have (tentative) release dates for Firewall! IMDB is listing the release for 10 Feb 2006 in the US, while Brits will get it on 31 March 2006. And the Aussies will see Paul in all his evil-guy glory on 6 April 2006, according to the Cinematic Intelligence Agency. We all know how fickle release dates can be, but at least we have something to look forward to!
IGN has an interesting interview with Brian Helgeland about the director’s cut of A Knight’s Tale.
Many thanks to Canta for sending this article from the Sunday Telegraph. Apparently, Paul and Jennifer are scheduled to star in A Thousand Days, in which Paul would play a husband who falls in love with a Spanish matador… iiiiiinteresting! Discuss it here!
I’ve added several scans from a pack of clippings I bought on Ebay. Nothing really new, besides this picture of young Paul and his family, from the Sunday Mirror last year. Kind of aggravating that they block out Sez’s face with that stupid white circle.
This interview with Jennifer might help out a bit with the ongoing Paul news drought. Jennifer describes their life in London while Paul was filming Wimbledon, including this little gem of a quote about Paul visiting their favourite Italian restaurant just after Stellan was born.
“It was summertime. It was really hot. Paul had no shirt on, and he had the baby in the sling and he was barefoot, and he said, ‘I have to go show the guys in the Ark!’ I said, ‘Honey, you’re barefoot!’ And he said, ‘I know! I know! I’m just going to go down and show them.’ And he went down barefoot to show them, because we’d been there so often.”
